Terms & Conditions

1. YOUR BOOKING

After making a reservation you must complete the booking form, duly signed by the holiday organiser. This person must be over 18 years of age and authorised by all members of the party listed to accept the conditions of the booking on their behalf. Once the booking form (and deposit) is received, the booking will be confirmed in writing. Please check the details carefully to ensure they are correct, notifying us of any changes immediately.
 
Due to fire regulations the maximum capacity of the apartment must not be exceeded. After you have received the confirmation we have a binding contractual agreement.

2. PAYMENT
• Cheques should be in pounds sterling payable to: J Crosby
• Bank Transfers are also possible; please ask for details of our account.
• We regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments.

3. CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be in writing and will become effective from the date the letter is received. Should it be necessary to cancel the booking, there will be no refund of any monies paid.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
You will be required to pay a £150.00 deposit for breakages, loss or wilful damage to the apartment during your stay. However, you are requested to report any breakages or damage to us upon your return. We request that you treat the apartment with the same care you would your own home. You will be charged for any replacement or repairs.

5. LIABILITY
The owners of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for the death, personal injury, accident, loss, or damage to persons or personal belongings howsoever caused. The use of all accommodation and all amenities, including the swimming pool, tennis court and communal grounds is entirely at the users own risk. Children must, at all times, be supervised by a responsible adult when using the swimming pool. Glass is not permitted within the pool area. The owners cannot accept any liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problems, flight delays, cancellations, terrorist acts, industrial disputes or any events that are outside of our control, including any form of Force Majeure. Please ensure that you take out adequate travel insurance.

6. SMOKING
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted within the property. Thank you.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
As with any other holiday, there may be circumstances completely beyond our control in which the property might not be available for your booking. An example of these circumstances includes, but is not limited to, the destruction of, or severe damage to, the property. Such circumstances are referred to as “Force Majeure”. In the event of a Force Majeure, the owners will do their best to make alternative accommodation arrangements for you where possible. If the owners cannot make alternative accommodation arrangements, or these arrangements are unacceptable to you, then the owners will refund all monies paid to them. This will be the full extent of the owners liability to you in such circumstances, and the owners shall not be responsible to you for any other costs connected with any such cancellation caused by a Force Majeure howsoever arising.

8. LAW
This contract is subject to, and shall be construed in accordance with, English Law
