We always use 'Elite Rent-a-car' which is run by a lady called Lisa - this has always been well priced and reliable (in our experience).

Don’t forget to bring both parts of your UK driving licence with you as you will need to buy a visitor’s permit ($10bds) for each driver. This permit lasts for one year.
