Booking Procedure

THE BOOKING PROCESS IS SIMPLE...

o  If you would like to make a reservation, please firstly contact us with your dates, duration and number of persons in your party, by telephone/email:

  or use this form:-

o  Upon receipt of a booking enquiry you will be sent a booking form to complete and return along with a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount (or payment in full if departure date is less than 6 weeks away). This can be paid by cheque or direct bank transfer. At this time, your dates will be put on hold until payment is received.

o  Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent a booking confirmation and a receipt for monies paid;

o  The balance is due six weeks before your departure date; also at this point you will be required to pay a £150.00 damage deposit (by cheque). This will NOT be cashed unless there has been any serious or wilful damage to our apartment and will be returned or destroyed upon confirmation from our housekeeper that all is well.

o  On receipt of the balance we’ll send you a paper receipt

o  Around 2 weeks before your departure date we will send you an information pack which will contain :
  o Directions to the property;
  o Keys to the apartment
  o Specific operating instructions (air conditioning, cooker etc...)

o  On your return we will have sent you a reply paid envelope in which to return the keys to us.
